Outreach and Social Concerns
The outreach and social concerns ministry is the outreach wing of the church that looks into the social concerns of the community. We partner with various organisations (e.g. family service centres) to identify the needs of the community around Agape Methodist Church and seek to provide for these needs, which include financial, emotional or educational needs.
Some of our initiatives include:
- Financial and practical support to needy families
- Pastoral caregiving
- Tuition for needy students
- Support for Migrant Workers
- Food drive to gather food donations for the needy
- Sports interest groups outreach to engage the community through sports
