This Easter season, if you would like to be baptised or join as a church member, please download this form👆🏻. If you would like your child to be baptised, please download this form👆🏻. Once completed, please send the form to office@agapemc.org.sg
If you require hard copy forms, they are available for collection at the Church Office.
Do take note that adults (age 16 and above) will need to attend 3 sessions of the baptism and membership class. For parents who would like their children (under 16 years of age) to be baptised, there will be a compulsory briefing with the Pastor-in-Charge.
The baptism and membership service will take place on Easter Sunday, 5 April 2026, 2pm in Hall 1.
The deadline for registration is on 1 March 2026 (Sun).
