The English congregation of Agape Methodist Church are approximately two hundred strong, and growing. Comprising young adults and adults, we gather every Sunday to worship together and hear from God’s Word. There are also weekly small group meetings, where we fellowship with one another and encourage one another to continue to grow in the faith and in love.
English services are held every Sunday at Cathay Cineplex, JEM, Hall 9 from 9.30am.
The Mandarin congregation of Agape Methodist Church are approximately seventy strong, and meet every Sunday to celebrate God’s goodness and love through exuberant song and celebration. Catering to the Mandarin-speaking, the congregation also holds equipping classes regularly.
Mandarin services are held every Sunday at Cathay Cineplex, JEM, Hall 8 from 9.30am.
The Youth Ministry of Agape Methodist Church are a dynamic bunch of over 60 youths aged thirteen to nineteen, from the secondary to tertiary levels of education. Every Sunday, we meet at 10am to worship God together, hear from God’s Word, and fellowship together. There are also age-specific disciple groups which meet every Sunday (secondary levels) and on the weekdays (tertiary levels). Youth services are held every Sunday (except 1st Sundays) at Cathay Cineplex, JEM, Hall 7 from 9.30am. On first Sundays of the month, the youths join the English service at Hall 9 for Holy Communion Service.
The Children Ministry of Agape Methodist Church meets every Sunday to experience God together through song, dance, and teaching. Children Ministry is not just a place where young ones are kept while their parents worship, but where each child is nurtured in the basics of the Christian faith and learn to relate to each other and other around them. Agape Methodist Church has a growing number of Chinese Nationals who congregate on Sunday evenings from 6pm onwards to have a meal together before worshipping God and hearing from God’s Word. Comprising Chinese Nationals who work in Singapore, this is a healthy and supportive environment where our brothers and sisters from overseas can also share with one another, and pray for God’s works to be manifest in their lives.
